Terms & Conditions

We are engaged in international trade and export of seafood products including frozen seafood, dried fish maw, fish meal and cuttlefish bone.
These Terms & Conditions outline the general understanding between our company and our overseas buyers.

1. Order Confirmation

All export orders are processed only after mutual written confirmation between both parties, along with agreed product specifications, quantity, quality and delivery schedule.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted through approved international banking channels and licensed payment gateways.
Payment timelines are mutually agreed based on the purchase order, invoice and shipping terms.

3. Documentation Provided

We ensure all required export documents are provided, including:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Health/Quality Certificate (where applicable)
Export Declaration
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin (if required)

4. Product Quality

All products are supplied based on agreed specifications with necessary inspections, certifications, and compliance as per importing country standards.
Any clarification regarding product specifications shall be addressed proactively and professionally.

5. Logistics & Delivery

Shipments are executed as per mutually agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).
Transit time, customs clearance and import country regulation procedures may vary based on port availability and international logistics conditions.

6. Communication

All official communication related to shipments, documentation, order status and compliance is shared directly via registered business email channels.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of concerns related to shipment, documentation or delivery timelines, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through:
